For over 30 years Charles Carson has resolved cases with significant injuries and damages, and received jury verdicts over a million dollars. Clients have included working persons and their families, large and small businesses, state and local governmental entities, and multi-national and federally chartered corporations.
After partnership in a large top-50 California law firm, Charles opened a law firm devoted to providing legal representation in cases with significant personal injury or financial loss.
Charlie received a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Whittier College Law School with honors. He completed the Pepperdine University School of Law program for mediation of lawsuits.
He is licensed to practice law before all state and federal courts in California and Hawai’i, before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and before the United States Supreme Court, in Washington, D.C.
Charlie is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Hawai’i Association for Justice, the National Trial Lawyers, the American Board of Trial Advocates (1997–2007) and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
He has served as a mediator for many California Superior Courts, and has served as a privately retained arbitrator in numerous cases and for the American Arbitration Association. He is an arbitrator in the Hawai’i First Circuit Court Annexed Arbitration program.
Prior to practicing law, Charlie was in the radio and television industry and a member of the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA). He holds FAA Airline Transport pilot and flight instructor certificates, and has over 4000 flight hours. He is the author of the McManus Thriller series of novels, including RVR, Palmdale and Widowmaker.
