This company was handling a probate court filing for a deceased family member. When I arrived to the office due to covid restrictions we were asked to wait in the lobby and the secretary went up and down the stairs “confirming” the information. We signed the paperwork, paid the fee that they told us to pay and left. After all was done I received an invoice in the mail dated 3/28, with a postmark date of 4/18 stating I had a $2 balance. That needed to be paid 30 days from the INVOICE date or I would be assessed a 18% fee! I would NEVER recommend this company, the death has been difficult enough without being threatened by a $2 fee+ interest.

Update: Mr. Carson called me immediately and addressed the issue…not only was the bill taken care of I received an apology for the mix up which was the most meaningful part of the situation. I thank you Mr. Carson!
